Why do you need my credit card information?

We require credit card information upon booking a simulator to ensure the legitimacy of the booking.

 

The credit card will not be charged until completion of the appointment or; at the discretion of OIGC in the event of a "no-show" or late cancellation.

What is your late cancellation policy?

Cancellation within 24 hours of the booking MAY result in a charge of up to the full cost of your booking at the discretion of OIGC.

What is your "no-show" policy?

If you do not attend your booking it WILL result in a charge of up to the full cost of your booking at the discretion of OIGC.

How far in advance can I book a simulator?

Using our online booking you can reserve time up to two weeks in advance.  If you wish to book further in advance please contact us.
